We vacationed in Southern Utah one July.  It was "monsoon season", so we experienced some rain, but the dramatic cloud formations that led to spectacular sunsets more than made up for a little rain during our hikes.  This particular sunset was viewed from Amangiri, a fabulous resort near Page, AZ.
